How Do I Display Subscribers' Names On My Thank You Page?

Anyone who knows about displaying your subscribers' names and email addresses on your thank you page after your subscribers opt in, please help. I really appreciate your input.

Hello,

Such information is not included on the default
GetResponse thank-you page, however your
may visit Campaign>>Campaign Settings >>
Personalization tab and go to post and get method.
Advanced users use those settings to include such
data on their own sites or in the URL they provide.
