How do I add my Getresponse Opt-In Box in my Wordpress Blog

I am having a wordpress blog in my website. Is it possible to create an opt-in box of the getresponse engine into wordpress blog?

Hello,

Please go to Subscribers>>Build Subscribers List
>>Capture Subscribers and create the html code,
for the webform. This code can then be added to
the wordpress blog.

Where about in the WordPress code does the Pop Up script need to go?
eg header.php, index.php etc?
