Say I have a customer list and a leads list. I want to send a promotional email to everyone on the leads list, but exclude everyone that is already a customer that is on a 2nd list. I'd appreciate if you could add this feature. Aweber has had it for some time now.

Hello,

Automation rules would work perfectly for you .
Choosing "move-on-sale" automatically moves your
subscriber to another campaign after a sale is made,
where you could have a follow-up message created,
to be automatically sent out, at that point.

To have "move-on-sale" set please follow these steps:

* go to Campaigns >> Automation
* choose a campaign
* click “Add new automation rule”
* choose “Sale”
* choose “move”
* click “Add Rule”

To activate it, you also need to activate
sales tracking. Please go to the main page and click
"Sales tracking". Fill in the form and get your HTML
code generated and paste it onto your site.

To learn more about automation rules, please go to
Campaigns>>Automation.

To send a broadcast to your existing list, you would
first have to create a group. Please go to Subscribers
>>My Subscribers>>All Subscribers. Select from
which list your subscribers are in ie. "Inactive," your
date range and then click on search. Once you have
displayed your subscribers you will see above the list,
to the right “Store subscribers group as” here you
would put your group name ie. “to move group.”
Then put a check beside the subscribers that you would
like to move. The box to “save” the group is located
beside “Store subscribers group as.”

Then you may go to Subscribers >> My subscribers
>> Copy subscribers and copy the group from initial
campaign to the one you wish. Please note that copying
subscribers does not move them from source campaign.
After copying is done, you can go to the source campaign
and delete the group from there.

Best Regards,

GetResponse Customer Support Team
