Email subscription not working

Hi

I know it's me, but i have tried so many times, i thought i would ask the pros!

Sending a blank email doesn't seem to get through to my get response account.

The account I'm trying to email is healthylivingforall@getresponse.com

I have a message ready and have tested that message, it works fine on test.

i know its probably a setting i have wrong but i just cant seem to get it to work.

Hello Linden,

To determine what may be causing the problem, we need to
investigate the delivery logs. Please send the following
information to gr-support at cs.implix.com.

1) To which campaign you were trying to subscribe
2) Which email address was used
3) Did you use the test feature, or subscribed to the campaign
via email/web/add subscriber
4) If you subscribed through the form on your website - what
is the URL of the website with the form.

Providing the above information will speed up the process of
resolving the issue.

Please also advise which email address you used
to subscribe and the date of testing. As soon as
I hear back from you I will have the techs look up the
delivery logs.
