email responder isn't working

I set up a responder messege. When I test it it works fine but when I go to my web site and test from there, it doesn't work. What did I do wrong?

Are you saying that your webform isn't working properly,
or do you mean that when you sign-up to your campaign,
via your webform, that you do not receive the follow-up
message?

If so, to determine what may be causing the problem, we
need to investigate the delivery logs. Please send me the
following information:

1) To which campaign you were trying to subscribe
2) Which email address was used
3) Since you subscribed through the form on your website -
what is the URL of the website with the form.
