Email from my webhost.

I have installed a new script on my webhost for my domain.
It's called listspawner and helps to recruite subscribers.

Subscribers can opt in at the sign up page and get a referral code that they should pass on to a X number of people before they get an email that gives them a download link for a free gift.

That email they get automatically comes from my host, as I set up the settings for this. The subscribers are suppose to be added to one of my Getresponse autoresponders.

I set up a new campaign in my GetResponse accoun and added that email adress to the appropriate settings in the script. I am pretty sure that the subscribers are forwarded through the script and my webhost email adress to my Getresponse account.

When I test it out, it doesn't work.

I contacted the designer of the script and asked what is the problem.

This is what he said:
I can only guess - but getresponse may not accept email from your web host domain - the RDNS entry for your site is rather unusual.

He gave me the RDNS entry as well.

Is he correct and can you help me??
