Come on Getresponse! It's been almost 8 hours since I hit the button for immediate delivery, are you guys for real? This is not the first time it has happened, in fact I don't believe I'm the only one experiencing this problem.
It'd be interesting to let potential clients know that this is a problem of yours and that you act absolutely as you have no interest in solving this...
Again what's going on and are you guys fixing it? |

I have the same problem and out in a ticket. Good think it wasnt a promo that had an hourly price increase...
Anything over an hour for full completion, ie all emails sent, is unacceptable.
Have you checked to see if you can get subscribers via email? I can't...I wonder how long this has been going on and if the two are tied together. |

I haven't checked that I just know that I have problems with the delivery of the broadcasts, actually my broadcast still hasn't gone and it's been a good 16 hours...it is so frustrating. |

Hello Olivier,
I apologize for the delay in response time.
Our database experienced unnaturally high load which
caused the delay along with possible peak times in
recipients ISPs. Please stay assured that we do our
best to have this situation resolved and we send out
higher batches of messages to lower the qeue.
However, the situation has not been solved yet and
appropriate warning is displayed when sending
broadcast that the delay can last 24 hours.
I sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this
might have caused you.
Best regards,
GetResponse Support Team |
