Customization of emails

I'm searching high and dry on this site to find a list of customization options that I can add so I can personalize all of my outgoing emails.

Can anyone help?

Please go to Campaigns>>Campaign Settings where you will find four campaign settings tabs. Please feel free to look through all four tabs to see the different personalization options available to you. For example, under the "Personalization" tab you will see that you can assign a domain name, personalize your confirmation message, etc.
