Hi Get Response,

In music business and i want to collect phone no.'s as well as email for customers.

All of the example forms are for email collection only - how would i add a custom field for tel no.?

Hello Nicola,

In order to create a new custom field please go to Subscribers>>My Subscribers>>Custom Fields. [[custom_anything_you_want]] will print the information collected, using the AutoResponder™ HTML Form in Managing Prospects to collect information from your prospects. You can create up to 10 personalized variables. Naming a variable is as simple as typing in the description of the information being collected such as phone, company name, etc. You can collect any information from your prospect that will be helpful to you such as phone and fax numbers, company names, number of employees, etc. When placing your personalized variables in your message you must us the brackets [[ ]]. The word custom followed by an underscore _ must also be used. If you have placed spaces in your variable names the underscore _ must be used instead of the spaces when creating your message.
