I go to the create message screen and CANNOT insert a live link in o my campaige because internet explorer window pops up and says apop up window is disable the program. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Hello,

Perhaps if you clear cookies and cache and try to
load the page again, this would prevent the pop-up
box.

We always recommend that our users download
Firefox, as this is most compatible with our system.
