confirmation email

i'm testing my web forms and confirmations using my two own emails, but for some reason with the new web form sign up it doesn't, send me a confirmation email, why so?

investigate the delivery logs. Please send me the following
information:

1) To which campaign you were trying to subscribe
2) Which email address was used
3) Did you use the test feature, or subscribed to the campaign
via email/web/add subscriber
4) If you subscribed through the form on your website - what
is the URL of the website with the form.

Providing the above information will speed up the process of
