Hello Paul,
Thank you for contacting GetResponse.
Can you please advise what makes you think
that your links do not work? Which campaign
and which messages are you referring to?
Please note however, that if you are using test
message feature or check the links in the
message editor, the links will not be clickable.
They will be working fine for regular subscribers
that receive your follow up messages.
Please send me some additional details so that
I may investigate this further.
Best Regards,
GetResponse Customer Support Team |

The campaign is: acesuccesssystems@getresponse.com
(Plug-in-Profits autoresponder)
I have had a few prospects inform me during various periods that they were not working. I assume none are working. I sent a email to Plug in Profits, but no response yet.
As stated it was difficult to find the problem myself. Someone forwarded one of the emails...I clicked to: The webpage cannot be found
Here is an example email forwarded to me: (Not a Test Message)
Hey Mr. Miles,
I can't get tis link to open! How are you doing? I am looking to go on a short cruise for my birthday next month. No more than four days. Do you have any suggestions?

You can increase your marketing exposure effortlessly by
placing your ad on free stuff, then allow other people to
give it away. The more people that give away your free
stuff the more your ad will be seen.
Most free stuff can be created easily and without little or
no expense. Electronic freebies are perfect because with
these types of freebies there's no shipping or physical
material costs.
Below are some popular types of electronic freebies.
Free e-Coupons/e-Gift Certificates-Give your visitors free
electronic coupons and gift certificates for your products
or services.
Free e-Books-Give your visitors a free electronic book.
The e-book should be related to your web site theme.
Free e-Reports-Give your visitors free electronic reports.
The reports could be in autoresponder form or in text
format.
Free e-Courses-Give your visitors a free electronic courses.
They could e-mail your follow-up autoresponder and be
sent a lesson each day.
Free Software-Give your visitors free software. It could
be a game or a useful utility. Just have them download it
right from your web site.
Free Online Services/Utilities-Give your visitors free online
services or utilities. They should be ready to use right from
your web site.
In conclusion, when you use this marketing strategy it will
quickly spread your advertising all over the internet.

My question to Plug in Profits support as instructed by getresponse support:

Message What is the responder id and password to set up the getresponse autoresponder 400 messages? I had to delete because my links were not working.
What should the pre-defined url be if any?

However it no longer works. You will need to get the correct username and password from GetResponse and send it to me so I can fix this. The campaign needs to match the website.
If you have done an upgrade and set up a second account I will need to get into the original account to rename the campaign so it can be used on your new account.
Not sure what happened here but if I have the information I can fix it.

I was told yesterday by Chris at Getresponse support, that I needed to get that same information (correct username and password) from PIP.
