capturing subscribers through email

Hi,
Is there a way to capture the subcribers through email..
meaning is there a way the subcribers get in to my list by sending name and email to the list id..

ex:i have a refer a friend script in my website,by which a referred client must be added to my list say for ex (get@getresponse.com)

how can this be made possible....

what is the syntax to get this??

Hello Praveen,

Your subscribers can be added to your campaign
list, by simply sending a blank email to your
"campaignname@getresponse.com."

However, we do not provide such a form as "Tell a
friend," or recommend that you use one. This
prevents spam complaints, and makes the list much
more responsive, as your subscribers are getting
information they expect.
