It's frustrating. For more than 24 hrs, the same problems persist. I can't call up the html wizard to type out my message. So I typed it out in text. Then, I can't send a test message nor save a draft.
This is not the first time I've been experiencing problems. I've been a customer for more than 2 years and every so often, the site is not working perfectly.
Can someone please help me check?

Hello Evelyn,
I've checked our website and found it loading properly.
The problems that you are experiencing seem to be
browser related. Please switch to FireFox - this is the
browser that we always recommend to our customers,
as we find it the most reliable.
