Can't edit campaign settings

Hi all,

I get the following error message whenever I try to edit the campaign
settings:


"Your browser doesn't support frames. Contact our support for help."

I contacted support and they suggested I try a different browser which I did, but it didn't solve the problem.

The browsers I've used are:

IE 6 and Firefox 1.5.05, the latest version.

Can anybody help?

Hello Steve,

Unfortunately, we may not help in this situation as
the browser needs to support frames. I am using the
latest version of FireFox 1.5.0.6 and even with the
previous version 1.5.0.5 I have not had any such
issues.

Can you please make sure you download the most
recent browser for FF and I think IE7 is the latest
upgrade. Also, Netscape browser has not displayed
this message.

Hopefully, you should no longer experience this
problem.
