Can I download my list to my computer?

I don't have a list yet, but when I get one can I download (backup) the list to my own computer. If so, what format would it be in?

Hello,

You may export subscribers at Subscribers>>My
subscribers>>All subscribers. Once the list is displayed,
it you will find the export command below. You will be
able to export the file in CSV format to your PC.
