Hi,

I try to send a blank email to my CampaignName@getresponse.com.

It is stated in the help file that anyone doing so, will be added as my subscriber. However in return, I got an error message. Why is this so??

This looks very "unprofessional" if my "would-be" subscriber tries to subscribe. And it reflect bad on my Company. (I consider this a series problem.)

Hello,

I am not sure what you are referring to? Are you
receiving an error message when you try to sign
up to your campaign, or are you receiving an error
message when you try to unsubscribe?

Please send me some additional details, with the
campaign name you are referring to and I will have
this investigated further.
