Hi

Can I send a broadcast only to those subscribers who are on my list for more than 10 days?

If so, how?

Thanks,
Gabor

Hello Gabor,

To send your broadcast to only those particular
subscribers, your must first create a group.

Please go to Subscribers>>My Subscribers>>
All Subscribers. Select from which list your sub-
scribers are in ie. "Inactive," your date range
and then click on search. Once you have dis-
played your subscribers you will see above the
list, to the right “Store subscribers group as”
here you would put your group name ie. “10 day
group.” Then put a check beside the subscribers
that you would like to move. The box to “save”
the group is located beside “Store subscribers
group as.”

Once you have created your group, you would
then select just that group, when asked to whom
you wish to send your broadcast.

Ok. I created a group and saved it and when I click the "Display Group" it displays the subscibers who are in that group only.

Then I went to "Send Broadcast" => created my email => click "Next Step" => This is where I need to define the subscribers I want to send the email but the group I created is not on the list - I can select only whole campaigns there.

I also tried to use the "Select subscibers manually" option on that page but the group I created is not there either.

Am I missing something?

Thanks,
Gabor

Hello Gabor,

Which campaign are you referring to?
I checked and can see that the camp-
aign "gaborolah," has been deactivated.

Hello Gabor,

I checked and the only group created in your
campaign "plrwholesalerupdates," is a group
named "giveaways." Did you perhaps create
the group in another campaign?

"plrwholesalerupdates" is a "Campaign", right?

"Giveaways" is a group of "Campaigns" (like plrwholesalerupdates). That's not a group IN a campaign. That several campaigns grouped together.

I want to create a group IN my "plrwholesalerupdates" campaign.

When I go to Control Panel => My Subscribers => All Subscribers => plrwholesalerupdates I see:

Select previously defined group: plrw5days (as an option)

Now I want to send a broadcast to those people who are in that group (plrw5days)

Thanks,
Gabor

"plrw5days," when sending a broadcast.
