Bounce list

I send out a weekly newsletter and recently the addresses that bounce have increased dramatically.
I used to have the facility to re-add these to my postlist myself but now they are automatically removed. This way the customer is permanently lost.
Am I the only person with this problem?
Can we not be given back the option of deciding ourselves?
I worked so hard to get the customer!

Hello Hennie,

The feature that you advise was never a part
of GetResponse service. It has been checked
with the creators of the system as well as our
technicians. Those addresses that are undeliverable
will cause further bouncebacks when added again.
That is why the addresses are removed.
