I am thinking of moving the 3000 subscribers of my double opt-in ezine to a new service. I am currently using a script on my website, but I am having trouble with emails not getting through and I am not sure why.

Will I be able to import all of my subscribers to your service?

Will I be able to send unlimeted mailings to my subscribers or is there a limit on how often I can send messages?

Will I be able to personalise all messages and will I be able to send in both html and text at the same time?

Hello Shirley,

Normally, we require all imported email addresses to be confirmed. However, if you have a list of your customers with full optin information, such as the IP they have signed up from and the timestamp, our Abuse Department may import the list for you without having to confirm it. The decision about this is always made after communicating with the Abuse Department directly.

Will I be able to import my current subscribers and require them to confirm their subscription?

I would like to clean my list out but I don't think the emails are getting through with my current list server and I want to make sure everyone gets the chance to stay as a subscriber.
