auto responder not working.

hi my autoresponder isnt working when i try sign up for it on my web site it sends me to get response and just says that the doesnt exist or has been deactivated.this is a permanent error cannot continue.
Now this account was set up for me by the pipsite staff so i know it was done correct any help would be greatly appreceiated.

This indicates that the html code for your
webform has somehow been changed or
parts omitted.

Please log into your account and go to
Subscribers>>My Subscribers>>Capture
Subscribers and follow the easy steps in
the html wizard.

Once the code is created, please copy and
paste it, in it's entirety, to your website.
