Approx. 2 months ago I upgraded to the pro version by paying for 1 year of service. I also joined the "associate program". Not long after joining I signed up my wife and my son who also bought one year of service. I should of received credit for enrolling them, but never did. I called in and talked to a woman who told me that she would pass it on to her supervisor. She explained to me that I may not get credit for signing them up because they enrolled on my computer and I could be lying about it and just used their names to get more of my own accounts. This is absolutely not the case and I can prove that they have their own business and use their own autoresponder. Please credit my account the commission I am due! My associate # is 32461.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Glen,
Yes, you are correct, with the associate program, you can not generate earnings from your own purchases.
What are the account names of the people who have signed up under you?
