I use Broadcasts to remind my customers about Special Event meetings a few days in advance.

Only Broadcasts that go out in a timely manner are useful.

If you are having problems with your systems, you have a responsibility to advise YOUR customers what to expect so we can make other arrangements to notify OUR customers.

I agree 100%. Instead they are giving a generic reply that during peak times it will be slower. They should reply saying there is a known issue and they are working on it.

Hello Martha,

I sincerely apologize for the delay in response time.

Our database experienced unnaturally high load which
caused the delay along with possible peak times in
recipients ISPs. Please stay assured that we do our
best to have this situation resolved and we send out
higher batches of messages to lower the qeue.

The delay in response time was caused by increased
number of inquires reaching all support channels.
We do our best to reply them all in the timely manner.

However, we have also added the warning in the
broadcast's section when sending the broadcast that
there is a delay that will last 24 hours.

I apologize for any inconveniences this might be
causing you.

Best regards,
GetResponse Support Team
