Add more flexiblity and options for capture forms

I think it would be great to add the option to import your own graphic or button for the hardcoded "Get More Info" button. Sometimes you need to customize these forms for your website design and adding some additional flexiblity would really help.

geeze, where's the gold mine section?

I came over from proautoresponder and having only one form, and a wide one, is a real turnoff... I have a need for a narrow one and I suspect it's not that hard to develop and support.
