Activation

Hi! Can anybody pls. advice me how to put another campaign in active mode? Can I use the same leads from a different campaign? I copied some of my subscribers to another campaign and just have to make it active for it to go online, to be sent to e-mail addresses.

Hello Erna,

In order to introduce the subscribers to
the message cycle, please go to Subscribers
>> My subscribers >> Copy subscribers.
Please choose the source and the target
campaign, choose 'all inactive' and provide
the interval of the message with which you
wish to start, e.g. 0.

You may use the leads for the other campaign
provided that the campaign is a natural
continuation of the service to which the leads
subscribed. If they subscribed because you
advertised cars, you may not use them if the
new campaign concerns vacuum cleaners.
