Can you please set up an autoresponder so when I email gr-support@cs.implix.com I at least get an acknowledgment that the email is received and some info on the policy for when I can expect a reply?

This seems like autoresponder 101.

Right now I send emails inito the void, and who knows when I will get an answer.

Hello Andrea,

I have checked and the last email that I
show that GetResponse received from you,
was on August 31st. and it was replied to
within hours.

It was addressed to GetResponse/General
questions. When a customer sends an email
to GetResponse, a reply is sent to the customer
as soon as possible, most always, within 24
hours.

Are you directing your emails to gr-abuse at
cs.implix.com?

Is there something that I can assist you with?
