Why does my message look fine in the editor but there are things missing or it looks cut up when I receive it?

Having a message appear cut up or incorrect when you receive it can be caused by several different reasons. When creating a message please make sure not to switch between formats. Your message should either be created in the HTML editor or in HTML mode where you can enter your own HTML. Changing back and forth can cause things to be lost or moved around.

Another reason may be that your ISP may consider parts or fragments of your message (i.e. a URL, image or some text) to be spam and may block portions of your message and not the whole message. In this case you may need to run the "spam score check" (below the editor) and/or test the message with alternative content or images/URLs or formatting to see if this solves the issue.
