Why does it show that my newsletter went out to less people then I have on my list?
GetResponse will try and deliver your newsletter to your contacts 3 or more times before removing the email address and placing it on the undelivered list. Any email addresses that are undelivered and placed here will not show as being sent to. If you have a contact list of 500 contacts and your newsletter went to only 495 of them then please look under Contacts >> Undelivered and you will likely find the other 5 contacts were undeliverable for some reason.
