Where can I see how many spam complaints I have?
You can see the spam complaints for your campaigns by going Statistics >> Performance Statistics. Please choose which campaign you would like to see the spam complaints for and then choose from follow-ups or newsletters. You can then choose if you want to see the complaints for a specific message or all messages. Make sure that there is a check mark beside complaints and search. If you hover over the complaints bar on the displayed graph you can see exactly how many complaints for that message (or all messages depending on which you choose).
