What is the difference between active, inactive and unconfirmed contacts?
Active contacts are contacts who are currently receiving your follow up messages. Inactive contacts are contacts who have already received all or your follow-ups and unconfirmed contacts are contacts that have not yet confirmed their subscription by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
