What is the difference between a plain text message and an HTML one?
HTML messages allow you to add color, change the font, add images and videos plus add hyperlinks directly into your message. It also allows you the option of using one of our many pre-made HTML templates. Plain text messages are more to the point without the distraction of colors, fonts and clickable hyperlinks. Depending on the type of message you are sending out, who it is going to and how they are going to view it, there are advantages and disadvantages to both. When creating an HTML message, GetResponse will also prompt you to create a plain text version for any of your contacts who cannot view the HTML version.
