What is an open rate?
Open rate refers to how many times a particular message has been opened and viewed. In GetResponse you can track the open rate of any HTML format message. Please note that open rates cannot be tracked for plain text messages. To track your open rate for a specific message please check the “Track open rate of this message“ option below the editor. To track the open rate on all messages in a campaign please go to the "campaign settings", and under the "Message" tab, scroll down to "Tracking" and check the “Open rate tracking” option before clicking "save".
