What is a follow up message? And how do I create one or edit one?

Follow-ups (aka autoresponders) are a series of messages sent at specific intervals from the time contacts opt-in to your campaign. Please note that follow up messages start at Day 0 (the same day the contact opts in) and Day 1 would be the day after opt in. You do not need to have any contacts in your account to create and save follow up messages. To create follow-ups please go to Messages >> Create Follow-up. To edit follow-ups, please go to Messages >> My Follow -ups and click on “edit” beside the message you wish to modify.
