What is a campaign?
A campaign is a set of messages, either newsletters or follow-ups that get sent out to a particular group of contacts. In each campaign, there are two types of messages: newsletters (one-time messages sent on a specific date) and follow-ups (an automated sequence of messages sent after each contact joins the list).
