What happens if I go over the number of contacts I purchased?
With GetResponse you will never need to worry about this. The number of contacts in your account is calculated monthly. If you were to go over the number of contacts you purchased we would charge you an additional fee called a "List Extension Fee" for the months that your list exceeds the number you initially purchased. We do this by charging you the difference between the plan you initially paid for and the monthly price of the plan your account reached within that particular billing month. There would be no interruption in services or restrictions or contacts lost. We will notify you by email as soon as any overage charges are identified.
