What are undelivered contacts?

For various reasons there may be times when a message cannot be delivered to a contact. This may be due to the mailbox being full, the email address being invalid or lack of response from the contacts email server. Undelivered contacts will be added to this list after three or more unsuccessful tries to send to the contacts email address. To view this list please go to Contacts >> Undelivered.
