One of my contacts is not receiving my follow up messages but they are still showing under my contacts. Why?

There are a couple of different reasons this may happen. The most common reason for not receiving a follow up message is when a contact becomes inactive. Therefore if the follow-up message was added after the contact became inactive, they would need to be copied back to active by going to Contacts >> Copy Contacts. Another reason could be that you have added a message in the middle of the follow-up cycle, and the contact has already gone past the day interval that the message was set to. For example, if there are 3 messages in the campaign, one set to Day 0, one set to Day 2 and one set to Day 4, and your contact has already received the message set to Day 2, but has not yet received the one set for Day 4, a new message set to Day 1 will not be received, as they have already passed that day interval.
