Deliverability

One of my contacts did not receive the newsletter, although he was on the recipients list.

We are able to look up the logs for every message sent with GetResponse. If the message was not delivered to the recipient, and you want to know why - please send us the following:



  • the email address of the person who was supposed to receive the message

  • the campaign name from which the newsletter has been sent


We will then be able to look up the delivery logs and tell exactly what happened.
