My emails are going into the "spam" folder. Why?
As deliverability depends on many factors such as message content, we cannot guarantee that your message will not be added to the “spam” folder. To try to prevent this, there are a few simple steps you can take. One of the most important steps is to have contacts add “getresponse.com” to their safe senders or white list. You can also review the content of your message to see if there is anything that may cause this to happen. GetResponse provides you with a convenient "spam score check" tool which can be accessed via the button below the message editor. Again, adding “getresponse.com” to your safe senders list and/or marking the message that arrives in the “spam “ folder as not being spam is the best way to avoid this from happening in the future.
