I am not receiving my test emails. Why?
There may be many reasons you are not receiving test emails. It depends on how you are testing the email. If you are not receiving emails when sending a test we need to check delivery logs. Please contact Customer Support at 1-877-362-4547 or http://www.getresponse.com/feedback.html with the following information so that we can look into the issue:
1. Which campaign is the message in?
2. Which email address are you trying to send the test message to?
3. How are you trying to test the message? (i.e. are you subscribing to the campaign and have not received the message? Or are you clicking “test” in either the message editor or on the manage follow-ups or the drafts under newsletter history?)
4. If you subscribed - in which manner did you do so? (i.e. Webform, panel subscription or import?)
