How do I set up the confirmation email?
To set up the confirmation email please go to Campaigns >> Settings >> Opt-in >> Confirmation template. Here you can choose from plain text or HTML. Choose or create a custom subject line. You can then choose from a body template and add a personalized message and add a signature for the confirmation email. You can then preview what it will look like and make changes as needed. Please note that custom subject lines are subject to approval before they can be used and that you must choose from one of the body templates available. If you do not choose from one, the default template is used. The personalized message is only an addition to the existing template.
