How do I make an inactive contact active again?
If a contact has gone inactive due to receiving all of the messages in your follow up series, and you need to make them active again, for instance if you create a new set of follow up messages to send, you can do so using the "copy contacts" feature. Go to Contacts >> Copy Contacts and choose the same source and destination campaign. Choose to copy the "inactive" contacts under the source campaign, and under the destination, select the follow up message that was added after they became inactive and click "copy".
