How do I create a group of contacts (aka segment the list)?
You can create a group of contacts by first going to Contacts >> Search Contacts. Choose a contact list and date range, then select the attributes you would like to segment the list by, such as geographic location and custom field data. Click "search" to display the results. Once displayed, you can then name the group and save it at the bottom of the page. Please note that placing check marks beside specific contacts will NOT ensure that only those contacts are added to the group. ALL displayed search results will be added to the group.
