How do contacts add themselves to my campaign?
There are two ways that contacts can add themselves to your campaign. They can either send a blank email to your “trigger” address, campaign@getresponse.com, replacing campaign with your campaign name. Please ensure that you have autoresponder option enabled in your campaign settings (Settings>> Opt in settings>> Advanced settings>> Autoresponder>> Acive autoresponder). Contacts can also add themselves through a webform you install on your website. To create a webform please go to Webforms >> Create Webform. Follow the steps to set up your form, then copy and paste the code into your website where you would like the form to be located.
