How can I tell what follow up message a contact is on?
Contacts who are in your follow up cycles may receive your messages at different times or may be on different messages depending on when they were added or added themselves to your list. To see what message a contact has received please go to Contacts >> Search Contacts. Choose "email" from the search parameter drop-down list, enter the contact's email and click "search" at the bottom. Once the resulting email address is displayed you will be able to see which message a contact has last received under the “cycle” heading. For example, 2/7 means the contact has received the second message of 7.
