Can my account be closed because of spam complaints?
GetResponse is a responsible email marketing service and our Compliance Department
investigates every spam complaint sent to us, usually in 24 hours or less. GetResponse maintains
a strict, zero-tolerance spam policy. As per our Terms and Conditions and our anti-spam policy,
we will close the account if we find that the account is in violation. If you are a legitimate email
marketer, please rest assured that your business is important to us and that we are always open
to your feedback. We do not arbitrarily shut down accounts if there are no violations and negative
metrics are within allowed limits. The email industry's acceptable level of complaints is below
0.1%.
