Can I upload images, video, or documents to be used in my messages?

Yes, you can upload images, video and documents to your GetResponse account by going to Multimedia and choosing from “My Audio & Video”, “My Photos” or “My Documents”. You will need to create a gallery if none exists and then choose the button “Upload File”. Please note that the file formats are listed for each. If your image, video, audio or document is not a listed format, it is not compatible. Please choose another one or convert it to a supported format.
