Can I import my list without having to reconfirm in GetResponse?

We normally require all contacts to be confirmed when importing. However, if your list has already been confirmed and you have full opt-in information such as: IP addresses plus date and time stamps for when your contact opted-in, our Policy Enforcement Department may consider an unconfirmed opt-in in exceptional cases.
