Can I add video to my emails?

Video can be added to HTML messages only. If you would like to add a video please place your cursor where you would like the video to appear. Click the “Multimedia” button. You can choose a video from your multimedia gallery or a video from the web simply by choosing video from the menu on the bottom and typing in the URL to the video.

Please note, if your message is already in plain text and you need to add a video, you should copy the message content into Notepad and then create a new message in HTML format. You can choose from one of our 300+ industry templates or a blank HTML template, paste your text back in, then use the multimedia button in the editor to add the video.
