"shoulder roll" and "meat hook?" While either sitting in your chair
or standing, practice rolling your shoulders from a slumped forward
position to a position where your shoulder blades are pinched
towards each other. Simultaneously, expand your ribs while lifting
them upward as if your ribs are being lifted upward by a meat hook
(sorry about the graphic...easy to remember). These two elements
are the keys to upper body posture which can unlock your barefoot
